The terms and conditions listed below are subject to change from time to time.
It is the responibilty of all members to check this page regularly for updates.
Sites with popups of any kind will not be allowed on the traffic exchange, nor will those employing redirection, forwarding, rotation or content rotation.
Sites must not break out of frames, or be of excessive file size.
All sites submitted must be acceptable for a general audience.
Sites must have at least some useful or interesting content. Mere banner collections and the like may not be accepted.
Sites which have generated numerous complaints from members, or are known to pose any type of threat to users (including, but not limited to, security and monetary risks) will be declined or suspended. Sites with links to such sites also will not be accepted.
Sites which are extremely slow to load, or could otherwise interfere with the efficient operation of our surfing script are not acceptable.
Sites displayed on the exchange belong to independent individuals who comprise our membership, and we make no endorsement as to the accuracy of any statement or claim made on the websites shown.
Free members may list up to 10 URLS. Paid members may list an unlimited number of sites on FreshSurfing Traffic Exchange.
However, free members may not list any one site multiple times unless they have the express permission of FreshSurfing.com to do so. Such permission may be part of a free upgrade membership option.
Submission of a site with similar content to an already-listed site may be classed as a multiple submission and disallowed even though the URL is different.
Excessive multiple submissions of the same URL will not be allowed. Currently, over 10 listings of any given URL is considered excessive, but this amount is subject change over time in line with variations in site numbers.
Only one account is allowed per member. Multiple and fraudulent accounts will be deleted.
All members must log into their accounts. Accounts inactive after 60 days will be removed. Members who do not access their accounts for periods in excess of one month will be deemed to be inactive and their accounts will be subject to suspension or in the case of free accounts, deletion.
You will receive emails from us only once in a while.

1) Only one account with 10 URLs is allowed for FREE members. Multiple and fraudulent accounts will be deleted. Offenders are subject to Internet-wide bans.
2) Our autosurfing script was designed for 1024 x 768 viewing, which is the most widely-used setting. With a lower screen resolution, you may be unable to see the counter when surfing.
